Interview with our colleague Rasha

Rasha has been our new colleague since March 2025! Would you like to get to know her a little better? We asked her some questions so you can get to know her better.

You have been with Flexwinkl for 2 months now! What was your first impression of Flexwinkl and has that changed over the past few months?

I fell head over heels, moving from one building to another within two months, the hustle and bustle of settling in and moving out, also starting training. Safe to say it's a lot. What is could really appreciate was that after just 2 weeks, the intention was expressed that I could stay. And I was immediately assigned my first client. That shows that the trust is there, because after all, I was still in my probationary period.

Which three words best fit your working style?

Driven, boundless, thought-through.

Suppose you get to organise a company outing, what are we going to do?

I love bowling, drinking cocktails and good food. A nice combo of being a bit active and still enjoying myself.

What is something you learnt in your first few weeks that really stuck with you?

For me, the whole bit of back office is new. Doing and processing everything myself. So that's really new for me and it involves a lot. I learned a lot about it in the first weeks, which I can now put into practice myself.

What do you find most striking or typical about the atmosphere here?

The atmosphere is super informal and pleasant. There is room for personal input and that is appreciated. What also really appeals to me is everyone's flexible attitude. If necessary, we improvise and think along.
